1. 4. You agree that after the termination of your service relationship with TYC FINANCE, TYC FINANCE still obtains the following rights:
(1) Continue to save the registration information that you have not deleted in time and all the information released during your use of the service provided by TYC FINANCE until the record retention period prescribed by law expires;
(2) If you have violated the law or violated this agreement and/or rules during the use of the services provided by TYC FINANCE, TYC FINANCE may still claim rights and hold you accountable in accordance with this agreement.

6. If your TYC FINANCE account is stolen, your password is forgotten, or you cannot log in normally due to other reasons, you can appeal according to TYC FINANCE’s appeal channels. TYC FINANCE will facilitate your appeal to the extent feasible, but does not promise that you will be able to retrieve your account through the appeal.

4. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TYC FINANCE reserves the right to final amendment and final interpretation of this agreement and related policies, guidelines, and rules.
